Welcome to Our Urban Sanctuary in Downtown Vancouver
In 2010, we built a yoga studio within our storefront space. This tranquil little haven came to life originally as a Pilates/ yoga/ fitness studio. This space was once the heart of our founder's journey. From leading weekly classes to hosting reiki circles and transformative experiences, our founder poured her energy into this space during her Vancouver days. Today, as she guides our business remotely, the studio doors remain open for fellow creatives and facilitators to harness its magic.

Nestled between conveniently-accessible Waterfront Station and the artistic allure of Gastown, we’d love to share our passion for community, consciousness + collaboration with you.
Whether you're planning a one-time event, a recurring series, monthly circles, or have been looking to find a more permanent sanctuary for your business venture, we're here to connect and explore the possibilities together.
Elevate Your Vision in Our Intimate Studio Space
Our 310 sq-ft yoga studio for-rent fosters intimacy, creativity and connection. Our studio welcomes ceremonies that transcend, circles that bond, yoga or fitness classes that empower [offering space for up to 15 yoga mats], art shows, breathwork, pop-up shops.
Our studio has white walls, one mirrored wall and dark-chocolate-coloured floors. The studio pictured in the banner of this page is our space.
We also have a treatment room / office space / consultation room available for rent hourly, daily or weekly. It can be setup with a desk and two chairs, or a treatent bed, or both. Perfect for reiki practitioners, RMTs, tarot readers, etc.

Meet Courtney
In my work I practice channeling, mediumship, tarot, journeying and crystal energy healing. I can help you resolve questions about your path and direction; I can help you to gain knowledge about how to best accomplish your goals; I can help you make important life decisions; I can help you get closure surrounding current & past situations; I can help you communicate with loved ones who have passed; I can help you heal karmic patterns and discover new, exciting things about yourself.
I read Tarot cards by tapping into the long-standing existing energy and knowledge carried within Tarot as well as my intuitive gifts and helpers. I see and hear messages from beings from different planes of existences who come forth to help you – Ascended Masters, Archetypal Energies, Deities, StarPeople, Animal Guides, Ancient Ones, and Ancestors from far beyond this lifetime. I am also an Herbalist who creates natural products and energy medicines.
