Skin-Treatment
Keep it simple. Cleanse, exfoliation, extraction of blackheads, tone, serum + High-Frequency, pH-balancing mist + acupressure points, custom moisturizer. Recommended monthly or seasonally. Ask you skin therapist what ingredients you can be using at home between appointments to enhance your skin health.

Brazilian Skin-Treatment
To treat + prevent ingrown hairs down below. Cleanse, exfoliation, extraction of ingrown hairs that are ready, serum + High-Frequency, pH-balancing mist, custom moisturizer. Recommended in between wax appointments: 7-17 days after a wax or 10 days before a wax.

Third Eye + Scalp
This treatment consists of High-Frequency + massage on the face, neck + scalp, focusing on your Ajna energy-centre. Ending with a scalp massage to release tension, increase energy flow in the meridians of the scalp, support hair-growth.
Your pineal gland / third-eye, is where melatonin is produced. Melatonin is a hormone that is linked to stress, mood, and energy levels. There are many ways our pineal gland becomes calcified. Having awareness of that is the first step. There are daily habits you can adopt to continuously work towards its decalcification which we can go over during your session.
Stimulating the Ajna energy-centre may also increase concentration, eliminate creativity blocks, relieve headaches, help with a heightened state of perception + intuition.

15-MIN Gua Sha ADD-ON
Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese healing method. Facial Gua Sha releases tension in muscles, fascia, promotes lymphatic-drainage (detoxification) and increases blood circulation. Benefits/ results can include: reducing puffiness from water-retention + inflammation. (Jawline + cheekbones can appear more sculpted from this.) Reducing acne scars, dark circles, dull complexion, wrinkles + fine lines (because of increased collagen-production) and sinus pressure. With the help of facial Gua Sha, we can deliver ingredients deeper into the layers of the skin, achieving better absorption of nutrients + hydration.
Overall the result is hydrated, radiant skin.

Benefits of Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion has many benefits, including:
softening the appearance of fine lines/ wrinkles
smoothing coarsely textured skin

reducing superficial hyper-pigmentation (age spots/ sun damage)
Preventing breakouts, speeding up the healing process of acne
Microdermabrasion also makes it easier for the ingredients in your skincare products to penetrate into deeper layers of your skin, which helps build collagen and gives skin its youthful appearance. The machine can be adjusted depending on skin type and condition, making it safe for those with sensitive skins as well.
While generally, every 28 days is the optimal amount of time to have this treatment done for cell renewal, if you are treating scars or preventing acne, every 14 days is recommended. If time and budget is limited then seasonally is also a results-oriented way to experience microdermabrasions.
